Village Council chooses two potential partners for Estero Entertainment District

A new Estero Entertainment District is one step closer to reality. On Wednesday, Council gave a unanimous thumbs up to two “term sheets,” and authorized the village manager to use those terms to finalize agreements with two recommended partners, with help from consultants.
