Location Memphis, TN Client City of Memphis Services Asset Management Capital Project Management & Owners Representation FFE & OSE Procurement Industries Commercial & Residential Entertainment Hospitality Sports & Recreation VIESTE is engaged by the City of Memphis, Department of Housing and Community Development to assist in developing a project plan and capital stack for the ongoing redevelopment of the Mid-South Fairgrounds. This next phase is estimated at $200 million and will include a new youth sports complex, new parking deck, renovations to the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, a mixed-use commercial/retail private development opportunity and related other infrastructure improvements. The project also includes renovation of several other buildings on the site and new outdoor sports/activity spaces. VIESTE has had primary responsibility in restructuring the project scope and evaluating capital stack options for funding. VIESTE leads the Owner’s Representation/Program Management team overseeing the execution of this major capital program.
