Location Chicago, IL Client The Salvation Army Services Capital Project Management & Owners Representation FFE & OSE Procurement Industries Sports & Recreation IFG served as the Owner’s Representative for the RJKCCC by assisting with the project team selection, redevelopment and land purchase agreements with the City, Planned Development approval, significant site environmental remediation work, New Market Tax Credit financing and providing design administration and construction oversight. The 160,000 square foot LEED Silver facility included a 600-seat chapel, conference center, multiple classrooms, childcare facilities, four-court gymnasium, a leisure pool and competition pool, synthetic and natural grass playing fields, as well as outdoor courts sports lighting.
